These hand turned wood bodies take you back to a true American classic lure, built on simplicity and effective functionality. The cedar plug has been at home from near shore small game anglers, to the deepest trenches of the Atlantic and Pacific. The original is a trolling lure, and while you can definitely troll the Yellow Star C-Dar Dodger, it has been designed from the ground up as a casting variation. The first release of this new line is the “Mini”, a 3.5 inch, solid wood, slim profile imitation that can be fished in freshwater and salt, and has the ballistics to reach way beyond typical plastic top-water spooks and poppers. Like all our lures, the C-Dar Dodger has a stainless steel thru-wire and is fitted with premium grade components, giving these lures great durability and the strength to do battle with any fish.
